Job Overview:
Pac-Dent Inc. is seeking an HR Associate that will be responsible for facilitating the company’s human resources operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development.

Pay: $48k-$54k per year

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Recruitment: Find, interview, and hire new employees with guidance from supervisors.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Welcome new hires, handle exits.
- Staffing Management: Handle staffing matters, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Set goals, evaluate performance of employees.
- Training and Development: Organize training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Handle inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and perks.
- Employee Engagement: Boost morale, retention.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Help to maintain records and process payroll.
- Risk Management: Address legal and safety concerns.
- Serve as a liaison: Act as the link between company management and employees.
- Consulting: Advise managers on HR issues like equal employment and harassment.
- Contract Management: Review, handle, and manage legal contracts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or experience required

- Soft Skills:

- Verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Technical Skills:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Related software knowledge
- Strong writing skills
- Contract management
- Paralegal experience is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
