**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of wedding planning and coordination, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-up
- Guide clients through the venue selection process, providing expert advice and presenting venue options
- Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Coordinate and oversee events, including weddings, functions, and private parties, ensuring all events exceed client expectations.
- Ensure the venue is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Implement and enforce venue policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or events management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing shifts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

- Evenings as needed
- Weekends as needed
