This is a full-time/part-time hybrid remote position in Wilmington, DE.

**Pay**: $42,000 - $48,000 a year

What you’ll do:
As a key player in our client engagement efforts, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our offerings to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Stay up-to-date on market changes and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

What we’re looking for:

- A proven track record in telemarketing or sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively sell products and services.
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly preferred.
- A background in sales, showcasing excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Superb communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- A natural flair for building rapport and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- 3 years of sales experience
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Able to work day shift
- Able to work night shift
