**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and approach potential clients both on-location and off-location.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and tours of the facility to prospective clients.
- Promote and sell memberships, personal training packages, massage therapy sessions, IV hydration therapy, and other services.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into loyal clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide personalized service and recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Participate in community events, wellness fairs, and other off-location activities to promote 5X Fitness Lounge & Wellness Spa.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or luxury services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
