Call Center Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding medical services, appointments, and inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient referrals
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Analyze and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical terminology is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a medical office setting is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Pay: $24.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial concepts: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Chandler, AZ 85225: Relocate before starting work (required)
