_**This is a part time promotions opportunity. **_A Promotion Representative for Sublime Brands is responsible for representing the company at various events throughout the state of Arizona. This position requires an outgoing personality and strong communication skills. All representatives must be at least 21 years of age. All representatives are required to learn the Sublime story, educate themselves on all products produced by Sublime Brands and convey this knowledge clearly and thoughtfully to patients, recreational consumers, and dispensary agents. Every promotions representative should agree with Sublime Brands’ mission and have personal anecdotes about how Sublime products help improve the quality of their life. This is a full-time position that may include evenings, weekends and holidays. In addition to on-site promotional shifts, this position will require administrative responsibilities like tracking and organizing promotional marketing inventory.

**Essential Duties**
- Acts as brand ambassador and represents Consensus brands at on-site activations
- Manages their time using a list of on-site activations from Consensus brands
- Shared public Google Calendar is used for scheduling
- Reports weekly to marketing + sales team with on-site feedback and activation results
- Uses Monday admin time to upload tracking and feedback forms and communicate with Brand manager about results
- Reports to the brand manager to call out any dispensaries needing additional support with marketing, merchandising, and onsite support
- Responsible for promo gear and swag inventory
- Keeps gear and inventory neat, clean, and organized
- Makes budtender love visits to key identified accounts
- Works with BA team to pack BT love swag bags and arrange snacks for their visits
- Hourly position with 5-20 hours weekly
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights and weekends.
- Brands are, but are not limited to: Sublime, Tropics, Wonderbrett, AIRO, Keef

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
