ConnectAZ is in need of a driven and passionate leader to fill a full time Promotional Brand Representative opening at our office in the Phoenix area. As an established yet continuously expanding firm, our strength lies in our ability to connect local districts with the most important and applicable outreach opportunities in the Phoenix region.

Our Promotional Brand Representatives work between all departments to ensure quality operations. Opportunities for advancement are available and encouraged through learning, coaching and collaboration with management and the client. Great stepping stone into marketing management for new graduates or experienced professionals looking for a new career path.

**Promotional Brand Representative Responsibilities**:

- Effectively convey our clients goals and initiatives with the purpose of generating outreach, engagement, and revenue on their behalf
- Set up and attend local events regularly to spread our partner's mission and build lasting relationships with community members
- Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and sales support, so they accept and accurately notate donations
- Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning
- Attending and conducting team collaborations with management and other Promotional Brand Representatives regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes

**Qualities of a successful Promotional Brand Representative**:

- Passion for philanthropy, charitable organizations, giving back to local communities, and most importantly, working with people
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, promotions, campaign or event organization is preferred
- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Well-spoken, confident, articulate, and people-centric
- Proven work ethic and self-motivated

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Shift:

- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
