**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Exhibit a strong commitment to patient safety, emphasizing the urgency of providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote the health and safety of patients by fostering a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain vigilant supervision of patients at 15-minute intervals or as specified by individual care plans.
- Accurately and promptly document clinical observations and interventions in patient medical records.
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and comfortable setting for patients, their families, and staff members.
- Regularly engage with patients, monitoring their behavior and reporting key observations to the nursing team.
- Assist patients with their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, eating, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Measure and record patients' vital signs, height, and weight as needed, ensuring this information is accurately documented in their medical records

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.

**LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS**:

- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Pay: From $17.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
