The **Customer Service Specialist **will be responsible for supporting two sales divisions in an administrative capacity and facilitation of sales related projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES**:

- Travel Coordination/Sales Meeting Planning Assistance.
- Coordinate meetings/scheduling between BST management and partners/vendors.
- Support distribution of sales materials via mailings and special requests. Maintain up-to-date customer database.
- Compile data to complete check requests and registration forms for tradeshows for sales teams.
- Process samples, customer orders, program validations and returns in appropriate systems. Attend sales meetings when appropriate.
- Answer incoming phone lines courteously and efficiently
- Learn and maintain product knowledge
- Maintain a neat, orderly department and clean work environment
- Perform other duties and overtime as required.

**EDUCATION**

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum five years office experience; including Office Suite programs experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe)

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

Ability to work with mínimal supervision. Professional, hardworking team player who is accurate, detail orientated and has advanced problem-solving skills. Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and dependable and must be able to work with all types of personalities and situations with the utmost professionalism.

**EQUIPMENT OPERATED**

Standard office equipment such as a computer, copier, etc.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

Hand-eye coordination for typing. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
