Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of assigned property, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC, Section 8, and other applicable laws
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for property maintenance and facilities management
- Utilize OneSite or similar software for property management tasks
- Oversee office operations and staff to ensure efficient property management processes
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Familiarity with LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and lease agreements
- Ability to handle property maintenance issues effectively
- Experience in facilities management is a plus
