**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to company and tenant requests for minor repairs and maintenance related to facility, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locks, painting, clean-up, and other facility tasks as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as light bulb and filter changes, and weekly and monthly fire alarm inspections.
- Mow grass, trim bushes, maintain landscaping.
- Assist with snow removal on sidewalks and parking lot during daytime events.
- Properly and responsibly operate and maintain tools, equipment, and motorized vehicles.
- Keep grounds and common areas, including childcare playground, free of trash and debris.
- Set up conference room for client meetings and other events.
- Manage vendor contracts for more substantial work as required related to trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance, snow removal, roofing, siding, parking lot, fire sprinklers and inspections, elevators, etc.
- Assist with test facility clean-up, unloading/storage of deliveries, and various jobs as required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with tenants, coworkers, and the general public both on and off the property.

**Job Requirements**:

- Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available for night/weekend on-call duty
- Ability to work in any type of weather (cold, snow, heat, rain, etc.)
- Travel to other properties to cover on-call duties
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
