The Accounting Clerk will assist with various accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Provide support for audits and other financial inquiries.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Chino, CA 91710: Relocate before starting work (required)
