- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical/clinical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to work under supervision and to follow instructions. Pleasant telephone manners. Neat and legible handwriting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must have good computer skills specifically in Word and Excel.
- General education level.
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
