Night Janitor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Janitor to join our team at Marsden Holding LLC. As a Night Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empty trash and recycling bins and take them to the designated dumpsters
• Clean restrooms, lobbies, offices, and other common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment
• Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work at a fast and urgent pace
• Professional demeanor and appearance
