**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize hotel management systems for reservations and guest information
- Reliable Transport Must

**Experience**:

- Preferred experience in hotel management or hospitality
- Strong communication skills focused on guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel operations, phone systems, and guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
