**Business Office Manager (BOM)**

The Citadel Care Center of Wilmette is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. The Business Office Manager is responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions in the facility.

**Business Office Manager (BOM) Essential Job Functions**:

- Enters and balances daily census in PointClickCare.
- Completes Payer setup and changes for all residents.
- Maintains financial files on all residents.
- Completes RFMS authorizations for new Medicaid/Medicaid Pending residents.
- Applies representative payees for social security and/or change of address.
- Verifies that the responsible party in PointClickCare has a complete address and phone number for statements and collection calls upon admission.
- Prepares and scan deposits.
- Updates the corporate personnel of all Medicaid changes including admissions, discharges, payer changes, and income changes.
- Completes Medicare and Medicaid eligibility each month for all residents.
- Renders weekly collection calls to families for private pay, resident liabilities and any other outstanding accounts.
- Completes notes in the resident file under Collections Tab to track progress.
- Completes Medicaid Redeterminations.
- Completes Managed Medicaid Re-Authorizations.
- Completes Medicaid Pending Report.
