The Salesforce Commercial Legal Team delivers innovative, trusted, and world-class legal services to advance and protect Salesforce's interests while creating an exciting and fulfilling work environment for our Legal professionals. **What the Counsel Will Do**
- Negotiate and draft master subscription agreements, and other types of agreements with customers in support of U.S. Sales organizations;
- Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes;
- Team up with in-house attorneys to obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders and optimize support to the business; and
- Assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes that scale globally.
- 2+ years experience negotiating and drafting agreements
- Practical business judgment and a keen understanding that the business teams rely on your expertise and efficiency to “close the deal”
- Well-spoken, persuasive, and concise written and oral communication skills
- Highly responsive, client service-oriented attitude
- Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to problem-solve effectively
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in the technology industry
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
- Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and Legal team colleagues
- Sense of humor a plus
