Outbound Call Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Use sales techniques to persuade customers and schedule appointment
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and document customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and articulate information clearly and effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for data entry and tracking purposes
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable making warm calls to potential customers

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
