**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by providing outstanding customer service, coordinating patient treatments, and effectively closing cases.

**Position Type**:
Full-time

**Schedule**:
Mon. - Fri. | 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

**Compensation**:
Pay: $24 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Understand dental insurance verification process to explain dental benefits to patients
- Utilize Open Dental software proficiently to manage patient records, treatment plans, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, explaining procedures, costs, and financing options in a clear and concise manner.
- Actively engage with patients to understand their needs and concerns, and effectively close treatment cases.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including managing patient flow and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for patients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and exceptional service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dental office setting. (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Open Dental software is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proven track record of closing treatment cases and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a drive for success.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to supporting the success of the entire clinical team.
