**In this role, you will**:
Process donations
- including, but not limited to:

- Entering wire transfer information
- Entering stocks transfer information
- Manual transaction over the phone
- Processing Direct Mail reply mail
- Uploading bulk attribution information
- Processing checks
- Processing matching gift
- Respond to donor inquiries in a timely manner - Answering questions about donation information, assisting donors with updating their recurring donations, completing matching gift requests, removal from mailing lists, etc.
- Processing return-to-send mail
- Enter small dollar batches into database
- Execute various data entry and data hygiene tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Drive required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Administrative experience required
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience with databases preferred
- Ability to discreetly handle confidential donor information

The annualized salary for this position is $54,000.
