**Department**: Warehouse/ Foam

**Position**: Warehouse/Foam Associate

**Hours**:7 am - 3:30 pm Monday -Friday Part Time Hours Available

**Starting Pay**:15.50 - 17.00$/hr (with 60 day review)

Preparing scrap foam to be recycled and support in maintaining warehouse when applicable. Employee will be responsible for completion and follow through on jobs. Employee will be responsible for reporting to dept lead. Packaging Technology will train employees on all equipment. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure that all products are completed SAFELY and according to company standards and policies based off management/ lead
- load scrap foam into machine
- Working full 20 hours weekly opportunity for flexible hours, & potentially additional hours.
- Represent the company in a positive manner

**Must Haves**:

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks regularly
- Willingness to work independently or as a team based on project needs
- Communicate clearly and precisely with supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to follow verbal or written directions

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of manufacturing not required, but a plus
- Use of manufacturing machines is a plus but willing to train the right person
- Work efficiently to complete projects
- Be able to use proper techniques and equipment
- Must be able to use basic math
