**Responsibilities**:

- Provides support to Holman Enterprises employees world-wide and serves as a system expert for day-to-day maintenance of our HRIS,
- Analyzes and evaluates complex business process configurations after independent research on industry and system best practices
- Processes routine transactional approvals in HRIS system (ex Staffing Actions, Organization Assignments)
- Presents enhancements and changes to system configuration that allow for a more streamlined
- Supports HR Operations Project Leads in larger scale system enhancements
- Manages and responds employee requests through HR ticketing system in timely manner
- Maintains data integrity in the HR system of record with basic audits and data reporting
- Provides advanced troubleshooting of HRIS system processes
- Actions data requests from business stakeholders
- Ensures 100% compliance with internal and external audits
- May travel up to 20% for onsite support across businesses.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Training**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related degree

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- 2-4 years working with HR systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
