Duties:

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipient
- Provide information to callers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other staff members
- Dispatch calls or messages to the appropriate personnel for timely response
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times
- Operate phone systems and handle multiple lines efficiently
- Provide front desk support as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming calls effectively
- Knowledge of dispatching procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment operation
- Typing speed and accuracy is required
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with front desk operations is preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
