**Join Our Team as a Customer Service Dispatcher**

Are you an adept multitasker with a knack for customer service? We're hiring an **Overnight **Customer Service Dispatcher to join our dedicated team at our **Ocala office**. This full-time position,** **Monday through Thursday**,** from 7pm - 5am, and offers a rewarding opportunity to play a crucial role in our medical courier services.

**About Us**:
At Gill Logistics, we're at the heart of the healthcare system, ensuring vital medical materials reach their destinations safely and efficiently. Our couriers play a pivotal role in transporting lifesaving supplies between hospitals, labs, and supply chains, contributing directly to patient care and hospital operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a multi-line phone system with a high volume of calls
- Prioritizing and dispatching services in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Geographical knowledge and map reading skills are advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dispatching experience preferred but not required
