**Overview**:
JJ’s Car Wash is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our senior management team and to play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our company. JJ’s Car Wash is locally owned and currently operates three express car wash locations in Galveston County, Texas. All three sites were built in the last five years and utilize Sonny’s POS, Controllers and Equipment. In this senior management role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, conducting routine regular equipment inspections and repairs to support our mission of providing the very best car wash experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities:
- Execute and improve upon existing recurring daily, weekly, monthly equipment maintenance program.
- Execute daily car wash tunnel and backroom inspections to troubleshoot any potential equipment and part failures.
- Ability to schedule applicable parts and equipment repairs with mínimal supervision.
- Promptly address all emergency repair situations which could include early morning, after hours repair shifts.
- Demonstrate organization in maintaining on-site and off-site parts and inventory levels in an orderly manner.
- Utilize company-maintained apps to effectively place work orders and respond to site requested work orders.
- Manage schedules and oversight of existing overnight maintenance and cleaning team.
- Ability to coordinate with various equipment, chemical, and parts vendors to ensure consistent site operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a maintenance management position within the express car wash industry. (2+ Years Preferred). Skills in welding, copper sweating, IT, and familiarity with Sonny’s equipment / software a significant PLUS.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in maintaining car wash equipment, water treatment systems, hydraulic power packs, air compressors, stainless steel and copper piping.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in plumbing and electrical.
- Must be able to self-schedule, self-manage shifts, and work independently with minimum daily oversight.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining part inventory and consumable levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in hot, wet, cold environments.
