JOB SUMMARY

As a Special Projects and Banking Administrator for the Accounting Department, you will lead and oversee critical initiatives and projects that are non-routine and strategically important to the organization. Your role is to plan, execute, and deliver these projects successfully, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and drive business outcomes. You will serve as the primary banking administrator including managing banking relationships and access control for a large volume of bank accounts. This multifaceted position requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and adjusting as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with multiple banking service providers to ensure the needs of the organization are met.
- Monitors multiple banking online platforms and insured cash sweep account platform for new accounts and grants appropriate personnel access to accounts.
- Manages token administration for banking approvers.
- Updates vendor ACH templates as needed in online banking.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is required.
- Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to think strategically, align projects with organizational goals, and make decisions that contribute to overall business success.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains.
- Knowledge of banking terminology, products, and services.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
