**Position**:Controller - VAT Specialist

**Compensation**:$120,000 - $160,000 per year

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**- ** Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, playing a key role in achieving the organization's overarching goals.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and provide insights into financial health and trends.
- Oversee VAT compliance, ensuring all financial operations adhere to VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
- Stay informed on changes in VAT laws and regulations, proactively implementing adjustments to maintain compliance and optimize financial processes.
- Communicate financial results and insights effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:
**- ** A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, underlining a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, with a focus on VAT regulation compliance and financial management.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), ensuring all financial operations are in line with standard practices.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and collaboration skills, essential for effective communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
