**Summary**
- JOB SUMMARY:
- Under mínimal supervision, manages all of the clinical operations in the Department of Ophthalmology including all technical support teams and retail operations.
- Includes continued work flow development and schedule enhancements in an effort to provide the most efficient and safe patient care possible.
- Maintains a global perspective of emerging market trends and the current competitive climate along with the creation of business plans to promote continued strategic growth.
- Works in conjunction with administrative management to ensure all teams are working cohesively and efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- 3-5 years experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Required
- Certfied Ophthalmic Technician Preferred
