The O'Koon Psychology Group (OPG) specializes in providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations in a multidisciplinary setting. The clinic serves a large outpatient child and adolescent population with presenting problems including learning disabilities, attention disorders, and social/emotional difficulties.

OPG is currently recruiting a part-time **Clinical Assistant** to work approximately 20-25 hours per week. This is a remote position, but the applicant must be able to come to the Glenview office for any orientation and training.

The applicant’s responsibilities will include sending out administrative paperwork to the patients’ families and teachers, tracking paperwork collection, adding information to our electronic medical records system, calling insurance companies and verifying insurance benefits, and additional administrative tasks as needed. Must show excellent organizational skills, good ability to multi-task, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Applicants should have one of the following: 1) have completed a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or 2) have experience working in the mental health field.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
