**As a Garden Center Salesperson, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and offering advice
- Ensure a clean and organized garden center by cleaning plants and restocking shelves regularly
- Care for live plant material such as watering, pest and disease treatment, pruning, and other needs
- Learn about different types of plants and gardening techniques
- Help with gardening workshops, educational programs, and other events
- Telephonic and cashier duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, colleagues, and other company partners

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is willing to learn about plants and gardening techniques
- Has the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Is available to work weekends and holidays
- Has basic computer skills and previous cashier experience is preferred
- Is comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Has the ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
