**Responsibilities and Duties**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling cash with accuracy and care
- Efficiently performing customer transactions using our POS system
- Cleaning the department
- Retrieving carts from the parking lot
- Stocking and facing products as needed

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Must have flexible retail availability
- Must be able to communicate clearly with our customers
- Accurate cash handling skills
- A strong interest in natural foods and living
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
- Preferably have at least one year of customer service experience

**Physical Demands**:

- Constant standing
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Varying temperature conditions (retrieving carts or aiding customers with their groceries out to their vehicle in various weather conditions, stocking coolers/freezers as needed)
