**Position: Sales Representative (Domestic & International Focus)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through business-to-business channels focusing on domestic and international markets, particularly in Latin/Central America.
- Engage in comprehensive business development activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain detailed records, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach to organize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate deals and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage and track sales activities.
- Participate in domestic and international trade shows, representing the company and expanding our client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies for achieving higher sales targets.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within the wholesale/distributor/mass retail sectors. Beauty care industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to organize and execute sales plans effectively and within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the drive to pursue sales opportunities proactively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel without restrictions to trade shows and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English highly preferred. Please indicate if you are proficient in another foreign language, specifying the language and your fluency level.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

**Compensation**: $50,000 to $60,000 annual base salary plus commission, dependent on experience. Commission rates commensurate with each applicant's previous sales experience.
