$10K Sign-On Bonus, for 1+ year of RN experience in a GI outpatient Lab
- Job Duties- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience in the GI Lab.-
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care-
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition periodically-
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care-
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care-
- Perform quality rounds on medications and supplies and other equipment as applicable**Requirements**:
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required-
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred-
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required (AHA)-
- Prior Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred. Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferredPosition Details- Day Shift with varies start times, rotating hours and rotating weekends-
- On-Call responsibility 1-2 days/week, and 2-4 weekends shifts in 6-week schedule-
