Better Hospice is seeking a dedicated and **experienced Director of Nurse** to lead our clinical teams in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. This pivotal role focuses on managing clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administration of clinical departments and ensure effective staffing and productivity.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies.
- Monitor and address QAPI issues, guiding clinical staff in adherence to Hospice policies and procedures.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- 2 years of proven leadership experience in a hospice setting.
- Strong familiarity with WellSky software, a must.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, a must.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a committed team player.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
