SCHERDEL Sales & Technology, Inc., located in Muskegon, MI since 1999, with a Metro Detroit office in Brighton, MI, is a subsidiary of SCHERDEL GmbH, located in Marktredwitz in the state of Bavaria, Germany. We are currently managed by the fourth generation of the founding family with sales and manufacturing activities at 42 sites in various European countries, North and South America and in Asia. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Support with communication to customers, other SCHERDEL plants, and Headquarters
- Functions as a liaison between customers, Key Account Manager (KAM) and production
- Responsible for handling and following up customer requests in coordination with KAMs and local team members
- Follow up with RFQ’s (Request for Quotation), feasibilities, and program timing deliverable dates in coordination with customers, KAMs, and Project Management
- Prepare monthly sales results, reports, presentations, and other data collection

**Position Requirements**:

- Microsoft Excel - Advanced skill level
- Bachelor’s degree in administration and/or engineering preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in sales position in the automotive industry preferred, but not required

- You are self driven and open for new challenge
- You have good interpersonal skills and like to to get the best result for our customer and our company
