**Salary Range**: $4,198 - $7,745/Monthly (Budgeted Hiring Salary Range $4,198 - $5,084/Monthly)

**Work Schedule**: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; non-exempt classification.

**Essential Functions**: Under the general direction of the Head of Collections, Discovery, and Content Management (CDCM), the Acquisitions and Collection Processing Analyst will manage a wide range of functions related to acquiring library materials in a variety of formats, including print, electronic monographs, electronic collection, electronic and print journals, and database subscriptions; and manages and oversees the daily operations related to the library acquisitions functions, including ordering, vendor record maintenance, claiming, and analytics reporting for one-time and subscription orders of licensed collections and databases, electronic books, and electronic journals and thousands of print materials. The position will help lead CDCM staff members (LSS II and LSS Ill) and directly or indirectly provide direction to student assistants involved in all library material acquisitions and processing. This position will also track and report acquisition expenditures, support inventory management and maintenance, create analytical reports, assist library donation processing, and be directly involved in the development of procedures and best practices in these areas. The Acquisitions and Collections Processing Analyst should be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal constituents and external vendors/publishers.

**Desired Qualifications**: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field. Experience managing acquisitions in an academic consortia environment. Strong commitment to responsive, timely and proactive service to foster student success. Possess administrative and supervising experience and good interpersonal skills.
