As a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth operations and provide a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and provide information about our services
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
