**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive and engaging RFP responses telling the story of why we are their best choice.
- Maintains, and reinforces guidelines in Cambridge’s Marketing Manual, Style Guide, and Branding Standards.
- Writes or develops key sections of pre-qualifications, SOQ/proposals, and presentations.
- Provides overall management of each individual pursuit’s design and production process with responsibility for quality, scheduling, and on-time delivery.
- Works with Business Development Manager to help develop and craft consistent messaging, layouts, as well as building upon win strategies, ideas, skills, and capabilities.
- Develop client specific statement of qualifications that are relevant to their projects and needs.
- Manage the development of editorials for various magazines (written by others)
- Developing and expanding our brand through online platforms
- Manage the company website and SEO.
- Develop creative ideas for improving current marketing collateral and the website to increase response and engagement.
- Manage all social media postings (LinkedIn Primarily) on a regularly scheduled program.
- Manage all advertising contracts, help to develop the advertisement copy and photos.
- Work with the operations team to schedule and take project photos “during construction” and “post construction” for use in various capacities.
- Develop signage and other items for projects.
- Assist with events as needed including trade shows and industry conferences.
- Manage the development of marketing collateral and branding items.
- Assist operations in various capacities.
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but industry experience and proven track record may substitute.
- **5+ years of experience with marketing and advertising, preferably within a service-related business**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products is preferred or other similar creative software suites that can be used to design and build our own advertisements and other creative items.
- Some travel will be required as you learn our business and for attendance at industry conferences.
- Experience in maximizing SEO and overall website management.
- Experience in tracking ROI on marketing programs
