We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts and proposal development process. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the creation and editing of written content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
    • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and materials for proposal development
    • Format and design proposal documents and marketing materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
    • Proofread and ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials
    • Maintain proposal and marketing collateral libraries, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
    • Assist in the management of proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals
    • Conduct research to support proposal development and business development efforts
    • Provide general administrative support to the communications and business development teams as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
    • Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
