The **Quantitative Research Associate (Juvenile Justice Programs)** **is a consulting analyst that performs research and supports data analytics and visualization projects for justice/law enforcement missions to help improve outcomes of grant programs. They have excellent client presentation and communication skills. They collect, cleanse, analyze, and visualize data into dashboards to support research. They have **at least **3 years of experience in data analysis and/or research and a bachelor's degree.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expertise on data collection and analysis in support of juvenile justice program reporting efforts
- Develop dashboards in Tableau and other business intelligence and data analysis tools
- Support development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report grants progress to stakeholders
- Conducts data analysis of a wide variety of sources and verifies quality prior to incorporating it into presentations and dashboards
- Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
- Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
- ** At least 3 years of experience in a blend of research and data analysis and visualization research into criminal justice** that supports tracking performance against grant outcomes
- Experience with data analysis and software projects such as Tableau and Excel
- Excellent skills in creating presentations and visualizations to share insights into data
- Strong communications and presentations skills and ability to present insights to clients
- Enthusiasm to collaborate with others and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
- Excellent work ethic in a dynamic, complex, and challenging environment and self-motivated with the ability to take on more responsibility quickly
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Ability to focus and pay attention to detail while remaining focused on a strategic, big picture objective
