**Job Description**:
To provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, top quality pool with food service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests when entering the pool area with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
- Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.
- Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
- Record transction in MICROS system at time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
- Present accurate check to guest and process payment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties.

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of food/beverage service preferred.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of Micros preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good up-selling skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.
- Great customer service and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain Riverside County Food Handlers Card, TIPS certificate & RBS.
