Job Description:
To provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, top quality pool with food service.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests when entering the pool area with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.

Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.

Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.

Record transction in MICROS system at time of order.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.

Present accurate check to guest and process payment.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

Complete closing duties.

 

Qualifications:
1+ year of food/beverage service preferred.

Knowledge of  food and beverage service.

Good verbal and written skills.

Knowledge of Micros preferred

Ability to work well under pressure.

Good up-selling skills.

Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.

Great customer service and a positive attitude.

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Candidate must be able to handle extreme weather outdoors and work in various weather conditions.

Ability to obtain Riverside County Food Handlers Card, TIPS certificate & RBS.

Pay: $16/hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
