**Customer Service Representative At Vertical Chimney Care**

Monday through Friday From 8am to 4:30pm; Occasional Saturdays based on seasonal business demands will be required (roughly once per month)
**Job Summary**:
Vertical Chimney Care is actively seeking a meticulous and customer-centric Call Center Administrator & Customer Experience Coordinator to fortify our team. This pivotal role entails managing inbound calls, orchestrating technician schedules, nurturing customer relationships via our CRM system, processing transactions, and executing diverse administrative tasks. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding operational efficiency and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Handle Inquiries**_**:_ Manage incoming calls efficiently, assisting customers or routing them appropriately.
- **Schedule Technicians**: Coordinate appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
- **Provide Pricing Info**: Offer transparent pricing information and assist with appointment scheduling.
- **CRM Management**: Ensure CRM data accuracy and utilize insights for improved interactions.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Maintain relationships for timely updates on products and orders.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Process documents, generate quotes, and handle payments.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform ad-hoc tasks to maintain operations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in call center operations or administrative roles is preferred
- **Skills**: Proficiency in multitasking and strong organizational acumen is essential.
- **Computer Skills**: Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience at a basic level are required, experience working with a CRM (Customer Relation Management) software is preferred.
- **Availability**: Full-time availability on-site, encompassing Monday to Friday shifts, with flexibility for occasional Saturday commitments.
