Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
**Skills**:
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.67 - $21.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
