**Position**:
Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver at IQ Total Source, you will be an integral part of our Distribution Team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while representing our organization to our valued customers. Our drivers play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, embodying our culture of service excellence. In addition, we do a lot of janitorial dispenser installs, furniture assembles, as well as water and coffee machine installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries
- Install and assemble janitorial dispensers, furniture, water machines, coffee machines, and other products as needed
- Provide troubleshooting and basic maintenance of installed equipment
- Demonstrate proficiency in using tools and equipment required for installations and assembly
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service during interactions with customers
- Uphold IQ Total Source’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador for IQ Total Source, ensuring a positive impression with every customer interaction

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWI convictions in the past four years, no more than one moving violation or fault accident in the last three years)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds; agility to handle heavy items with appropriate moving aids
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the work shift
