Job Title: Box Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Box Truck Driver to join our team at IMC Powered By Parts Authority. As a Box Truck Driver, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers or businesses in a timely and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and transport items to customers or businesses
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor vehicle gauges and dials to ensure proper operation
  • Take and follow directions from dispatchers and adhere to assigned routes and schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Accept payments and prepare reports, including invoices and return forms
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles and notify manager of any issues
Qualifications:
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year verifiable Class C Bobtail truck driving experience
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for moving freight and materials
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, and national laws
