**TTS Direct Marketing Agent Job Description**

**Responsibilities**

**This position is responsible for the following**:

- **Providing Signature Service to any and all people encountered as an agent of True Texas Solar, including coworkers and customers.**:

- **Ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures**:

- **Maintaining a healthy team culture by engaging in WhatsApp conversation, supporting team members, and offering help where needed**:

- **Demonstrating integrity in all interactions with team members, office staff, and homeowners**:

- **Meeting set goals as outlined by management**:

- **Maintaining a safe and productive environment in both the office and the field**:

- **Making sure to have all the necessary equipment daily**:

- **Meeting uniform and hygiene requirements**:

- **Keeping the Canvassing work area clean, including the company vehicle, while in use**:

- **Utilizing continuous improvement and training opportunities**:

- **Engaging in training methods like role-playing activities to improve interactions with homeowners**:

- **Utilizing all performance management tools and processes offered by True Texas Solar**:

- **Meeting attendance and performance expectations**:

- **Performing any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties assigned**

- **Providing effective communication with your internal teams, leadership, and the public**:

- **Reinforcing and contributing to a positive team culture by**:

- **Communicating areas of growth regularly with your team lead and Direct Marketing Leadership**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Conroe, TX 77301: Relocate before starting work (required)
