We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us connect with more families in need of quality daycare services.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including promotional events and open houses.
- Manage and update the daycare's social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content that showcases our activities, events, and educational programs.
- Lead tours for prospective families, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our daycare services.
- Coordinate and host events such as open houses, parent information nights, and community outreach programs to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect our services and ethos.
- Stay informed about marketing trends and childcare industry standards to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about working in a child-focused environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
