National Sales Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage, mentor and add new sales representatives
- Conduct sales meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or account management
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively

Pay: From $85,500.00 per year
