We are in the process of building a hiring pool of educators for the 2024-2025 school year.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop individualized lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to each student's unique learning needs and goals.

3. Implement evidence-based teaching methods and instructional techniques to promote learning and skill development.

4. Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

5. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

6. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

7. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the student's support team to create cohesive and coordinated learning plans.

8. Provide ongoing feedback and encouragement to students to build confidence and motivation.

9. Maintain accurate records of student progress.

10. Stay current on best practices and developments in special education and related fields.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in special education, education, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Experience working with special needs students in a tutoring, teaching, or support role.

3. Knowledge of different disabilities, learning disorders, and related educational interventions.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

6. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and accommodate individual differences.

7. Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism in working with sensitive student information.

8. Certification in special education or relevant teaching credentials may be required depending on jurisdiction.

Additional Requirements:

- Must possess reliable transportation as tutoring services primarily take place in private homes.
- Proficiency with technology is essential for tasks such as video conferencing, record keeping, parent communication, report writing, and other related duties.
